The FMS-1 is a
digital stereo encoder that incorporates the latest in surface
mount components for superior performance. Designed for
outstanding stereo separation and excellent spectral cleanliness,
this encoder will provide the sonic clarity for radio stations
who desire to stand out on the dial.
The ultra-clean stereo generator is preceded by a low pass filter
that maintains the spectral integrity of the incoming program
material. With the inclusion of a post-MPX filter the FMS-1 meets
all federal specifications with ease.
With inputs for Balanced Left and Right audio, SCA/RDS, and an
external clock the FMS-1 is extremely flexible and will find it's
home in a multitude of applications. The adjustable MPX output
allows you to tailor the output for any FM exciter or STL that
you may use with it.
The encoder will function with any composite, multiplex, or mono
exciter.
